Logo Personalization

Embroidery

Embroidery is an elegant and durable personalisation marking method used since ancient times. After making the digital impression of the logo or mark, a computer driven multi head machine transfer the design by needle and thread on the fabric.

All our fabric Pouches can be embroidered using this technique. The threads are available in most logo colors. Sometimes small intricate logos and marks embroidery results is not vary satisfactory.

Heat Embossing

Also called Stamp Embossing is the process of creating a raised or three-dimensional image or design on fabrics. It is ideally used on leather and pu/pvc types of material. Embossing requires the use of a metal die and a counter die. The desired forms are obtained with a combination of heat and pressure.

Embossing can be used in conjunction with ink or with no ink. It also can be used with foil stamping.

Transfer Printing

Transfer printing is the process of transferring an image from one medium to another. The form is created onto specially coated transfer paper. The thermal paper is then placed in position on the object to be printed and the image transferred from the paper to the object using a hot iron or hot press. The images can be put onto paper with either a printer or a color copier

Transfer printing is very popular for its “multi coloured printing in one process” properties. It can be used on different kinds of pouches fabrics.
